Common questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend enquiring at least 3 to 6 months ahead, especially for weekends and peak season (September through April). That said, we do occasionally have last-minute availability so it’s always worth reaching out.

Do you offer site visits before booking?

Absolutely. We love showing prospective clients around the property. Once you submit an enquiry, we’ll arrange a convenient time for a private walkthrough.

Can we bring our own caterer or suppliers?

Yes, the venue is fully supplier-friendly. You’re welcome to bring your own caterers, florists, and other vendors. We also have a list of trusted preferred suppliers we’re happy to share.

Is overnight accommodation available?

Yes. The Hidden Garden guesthouse sleeps four guests and is available to book alongside your event. It’s the perfect option for the couple, close family, or anyone who wants to extend the celebration into the next morning.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

A deposit is required to secure your date. Full details on payment schedules and our cancellation policy will be included in your booking agreement. Get in touch and we’ll walk you through everything.
